Defined by a unique energy that is both exuberant and infectious, Jesse James holds himself to a standard of consistency and unwavering focus. These are the characteristics with which Jesse approaches every task, regardless how large or small. His focus on unparalleled service and care creates an accommodating environment for our residents and their guests. Jesse enjoys meeting new people and making memories and is a delightful conversationalist. When Jesse is not at The Guild, you will most likely find him playing an instrument or behind a charcoal grill reverse-searing his favorite cut of meat, the Ribeye.
